What is ‘Her Echo’ ?

“Let the world hear her echo.”

In an era of emotionally diluted digital communication, Her Echo uses handwritten letters and physical responses to create a focused, private space for reflection. It embodies three dimensions: safe emotional exchange, transformation from individual expression to collective intelligence, and role progression from storyteller to responder—translating community empowerment into a tangible user journey and service experience.

Her Echo is an emotional support product designed for menopausal women, aiming to ease emotional fluctuations through handwritten, tangible communication. Users can get a complete set including mailbox components, magnetic paper slots, batteries and exclusive stationery by placing an order online. The mailbox is easy to install and supports writing and sharing at any time. After handwriting the letter, users can scan and choose to send it to friends or the Echo community, and they will receive a warm and thoughtful response. The printing module converts digital information into physical paper letters, bringing a real and tangible texture to communication. After the user completes the menopausal journey, they can choose to recycle the device or keep it permanently as a souvenir.
Her Echo provides long-lasting and meticulous psychological comfort and emotional companionship for menopausal women.
